HOW IT WORKS
Back to the Barber works because of a simple principle.
Follicles are programmed to grow hair and that is their agenda.
Given the right stimulation and supplementation, they will naturally produce, even if hair growth has been stagnated for years. Using the regimen, products, and simple tools over time resets your scalp to pre-balding conditions causing natural hair restoration.
THE BASICS
OF BALDING
1 / iMMUNE aLERT
Something has caused your hair follicles to become inflamed and incapable of making hair as it did before. Whatever this thing is has also prompted your immune system to go into high alert to shut down the inflammation. DHT is "attracted" to anything inflamed and it attempts to fix it. The fundamental start may be pathogenic in nature.
2 / fOLLICLE qUARANTINE
As the infection persists, your hair becomes smaller and smaller until the follicle goes into a non-working comatose state in order to preserve it and neutralize the threat. As your hair thins, sebum or cholesterol hardens within the dermis and plugs the follicles as skin overgrows on top of the once hair producing organs.
3 / Recede Amplification
As more hair is lost, the hairs in the vicinity send out stress signaling that "warns" the other hairs near it, to stop producing hair. The stress of the cortisol-ridden scalp environment increases in DHT which would then shut down even more follicles. The less hair producing follicles, the more fibrosis and calcification will kick in amplifying the issue. Unaffected hairs will eventually "catch" the same illness.

Your hair will recede or bald in the Hamilton-Norwood scale pattern. Some call this pattern the "M" pattern where the temples recede, the crown thins, and the three points form circles that soon expand balding the entire gallea or top. The hairs will deactivate as if the problem is rolling through the scalp. The body has leveled the threat and DHT will stay occupied. Therefore, hair will not ever regrow on its own.
HOW ARE WE GOING TO FIX IT?
There are two main considerations of Natty DIY scalp repair or natural hair restoration:

1. Scalp Conditions Must Be Met.

What this means is- the scalp needs to be Omega like- supple, nutrition-packed, circulating, non-DHT driven, low pathogen count, no inflammation, fibrosis, or infection, tensionless and hormonally stressless. Once the environment is reset, the follicles still need time to rebound, reset, heal, and rehabilitate to produce terminal hair. A combination of tools and the Back to the Barber solutions is regimented for this.
2. Time Considerations Must Be Kept.

The time it takes for both the follicles and the scalp environment to optimize and strive in a state of balance or normalcy, is called time considerations. Even if the scalp conditions are free from fibrosis, pathogens, and or DHT, the follicles being regenerated (fully activated) overall is the longest time consideration. Regardless of environment or dermis health, follicles (dermal papilla) will still need time to be "mechanically" rebuilt. With angiogenesis and neurogenesis, everything needs to come back online before you can produce hair again. This process is up to your body, overall health, and nature itself.

The blueprint is simple. Reactivate comatose follicles and transition the conditions of the Alpha Scalp to an Omega scalp environment while giving nature time.
THE PRINCIPLE OF SOLUTION STACKING
I have an idea that an Omega scalp can't miss. In other words, men and women without male pattern balding can pretty much use anything to increase their production of hair. Follicles are like 3D printers. If you were to simply turn the machine up to high and feed it more raw materials, you will find that hair growth will increase. This is why there are so many products for hair growth and they all work to an extent.
As for an Alpha scalp aka a scalp with Male Acute Follicle Stress Syndrome (receding, thinning, balding), it takes more than just turning the follicle 3d printer on high. This is because the follicles themselves are in trouble. Turning it on high can grow more hair temporarily...that is until it fails to produce anything. Unlike an Omega scalp, men like us would need a solution that halts the problem, then corrects the problem, then reverses the problem before we can even think about producing more hair.

It didn't take me long to realize I needed a solution (Remove DHT, inflammation, add circulation) + tools (scalp therapy, scalp peeling, tension released) with a set regimen. This would be the only way I could pull this off. My hunch was correct. Anyone handing you a liquid solution or pill to supposedly "cure" hair loss if you have male pattern balding is unknowingly setting you up for future failure. Besides, if you are experiencing hair loss, then what is the root cause? Ultimately, you do not have a hair loss issue. You have a scalp condition issue derived more than likely from an immune response. Solution stacking undoubtfully is the best way to combat and or reverse hairloss.
