I believe there are two things that contribute to hair loss as much as DHT. The first is,. calcification. The second is - fibrosis. This fibrosis compresses the scalp layers to the point that the follicles become stressed just from the pressure.
This is a huge issue because, a tight dermal layer that is full of DHT, cannot grow hair nor regrow hair. To decompress your scalp, you are helping to not only halt hair loss but to reverse it.
The decompression releases stress, it allows the under dermis to slowly build up collagen and flat in the lower layers, which are food and support. Lastly, DHT has a wider environment to be in which would mean, you can flush it out quicker and easier. Massages are good too, but the real reversal of severe hair loss is in the decompression of the scalp layers- especially the front.
