I know what you've been taught your entire life. Youve been taught that hair loss is natural in a sense and its nothing that you can do about it.
In ways, that is true. Wrinkles, less dense bones, a slight height decrease, and other facilities weakening is aging. However, these things normally degrade on the appropriate time scale.
Severe hair loss, not the mature hair line of 23 years of age, is not "normal" it is accelerated aging of the hair follicle that's lived under acute follicle stress for years. This stress causes that follicle to behave as if its lived for 80 years, In ways, it has. My quick tip is to associate all hair loss with stress and attempt to reverse that stress. In doing so, the follicle will reset and heal.
