Stuck in Telogen

The myth that your scalp follicles die is truly insidious. We know what it looks like when anything dies on the body. Usually, we have to cut it off so that "gangrene or apoptosis" does not spread to the other healthy living tissue. Follicles are no different. If our follicles were dead tissue, we'd have to get rid of our scalp via surgery to save our life.

The receding, thinning, and balding that you are experiencing is not the follicle dying but the follicles going into (via acute stress) and staying in the telogen stage (Follicle Comatose). Your follicles are stuck, not dead. Not destroyed. Stuck. It is your job to unstick them and move them back to the anagen stage - that will take some time considerations.
