The proof is in the pudding. This is me starting out in June of 2022. Had been N7 for over 10 years at that point. Both my eyebrows and my sides (temporalis) area was also thinning or diffusing.
Yet, today I am well on my way of restoring most of what I have lost in an organized pattern. That pattern? Going from N7 to N5 in reversal of how I lost it. I used mostly items you can eat such as herbs, botanicals, veggies, fruits, and oils for carriers.
I have found that the biggest hurdle I had to jump was the belief system that hair loss was "genetic" aka my final form. I also believed the myth that it was irreversible. Once I really looked into the research myself, it didnt take long for me to realize that I as wrong. Very wrong.
